I have been purchasing products through Alibaba for many years and have worked with numerous suppliers. Unfortunately, this company has been, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. From the start, communication was inconsistent, with long periods of unresponsiveness. When they did reply, they frequently broke time commitments and, worse, were not always truthful. Despite multiple delays and clear failures on their part, when I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund, they refused—despite having no valid reason to deny my request. Doing business with this manufacturer was frustrating, unreliable, and entirely unprofessional. I strongly caution anyone considering working with them to think twice. There are many reputable suppliers on Alibaba, but this is not one of them. Avoid this company at all costs.
